Creative Director

Tim Brunelle has served as a creative director at Arnold Worldwide (on Volkswagen and Goodyear), Mullen (on new business), Ogilvy (on American Express, Morgan Stanley) Carmichael Lynch (on Harley-Davidson, Porsche, AG Edwards, Ginn Resorts and Brown Forman) and Crispin Porter Bogusky (MetLife and other new business). He oversees all creative work at Hello Viking, for clients including PwC, Tracy Anderson Method, 3M and Sears. “Beyond the Halls” (3:10) for 3M Careers—produced and directed through Hello Viking to help dramatize the effect 3M’s employment opportunities have on people’s daily lives.

 

“Portraits of Heroes at Home” (3:10) for Sears—produced through Hello Viking and Taxi Branding to illuminate the significance of volunteerism and corporate donations on veterans and their families.

 

“A Terrible Thing” (5:49) for the 48 Hour Film Project | Minneapolis 2011—a short film about a driving instructor confronting the consequences of time travel, co-written and directed through Hello Viking.

 

“The Microbus Movie” (3:26) for Volkswagen of America—written and co-directed through Arnold Worldwide to reveal the concept vehicle at the 2001 North American International Auto Show.

 

“Carbon Bigfoot – Facebook App” (2:13) for PricewaterhouseCoopers—Here’s a recap video of a Facebook application we architected, designed and produced at Hello Viking. I served as co-writer and creative director on the project.

 

“Road Trip” (:30) for Volkswagen—filmed in western Nebraska while I was working at Arnold. I served as writer and guy who carried injured cinematographer Ed Lachman across the corn fields.

 

“Tight” (:30) for Volkswagen—part of an animated “_______ makes it better” campaign we created with the team at Psyop.
